Ingredients
- 2 cups packed fresh sweet basil leaves
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts, toasted
- 1/2-3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese (depending how pasty you want it)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4-8 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
