Pesto

My grandfathers recipe...

Ingredients


  1. 2 cups packed fresh sweet basil leaves
  2. 1/4 cup Pine Nuts, toasted
  3. 1/2-3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese (depending how pasty you want it)
  4. 1/2 cup olive oil
  5. 4-8 cloves garlic
  6. salt to taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended.
